- - Botox migraines: $296 per treatment; payments are hard.
- - Reimbursement needs a pharmacy receipt, though Botox is provided by my doctor.
been doing Botox treatments for 9 months for migraines and 3 months ago I lost my job and had to go on my wifes insurance. Well my threatments now cost me $296.00 and its so hard to pay it .
I spoke to a representative at your company and she said if I filled out the application I can get reimbursed to help me I did that and 3 times they needed more info which I got and now after doing everything you come up with another excuse that you need a pharmacy receipt. I dont get the Botox at pharmacy my doctor has it waiting for me when I go for my appointments. Your company is really playing games with me and I think its horrible youre doing this to someone who needs help and is struggling right now. Honestly I have to speak to my insurance carrier and see if theres a different medication like Botox I can do since what youre doing is so unfair.
My entire family of 5 all get Botox for migraines and I will try and find something else for all 5 of us. All because I cant get reicepts because doctor gets the product t have sent you everything else. This is terrible business if you ask me I mean your getting paid by all our insurance companies.
Im the only one in family who has to pay that much but I will bring them when I get another product. Have a heart
