- Refund for full amount requested and escalation; seller refused.
Two weeks ago, I filed a complaint against the seller (Botavelle). I ordered two 'GluScan' (#BOT3262) and received instead two 'Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Model LK89,' which are completely different products from what I ordered.
I contacted the merchant several times to ask about a refund, and he/she refused to refund or resend the good item.
I would like to escalate my complaint and get the full refund as soon as possible. It is the second time this has happened with another merchant for the same item.
