Botanique Paris is a horrible company. Everything about them is bad: the undereye device that doesnt operate and their lack of customer service.

Ordered the undereye device from them, charged it up and turned it on, only one side works. Contacted their customer service and was told to ship it back and they would send me another one. Received second device and the same thing happened, only one side works. There are many complaints from customers who bought their device and complained that after just a few uses, the device stopped working.

Contacted their customer service and they told me to send the devices back for a refund. Which I did, but then when I asked them to refund me for the shipping charges which came close to $30, they said they would. Its been over two months with many follow ups about refund for shipping charges.

Theyre liars they have no intention of refunding me for shipping charges from the faulty devices they sent me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOTANIQUE [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]]!!!
