Bad wine
Hello,
I have been buying Sauvignon Blanc Breeze and this is about the 4th time I got an old box of wine. It's darker in color and does not smell or taste right.
Does anyone check these on the shelf? They were purchased at Publix.

It was my favorite wine. This box smelled so bad and looked so cloudy but yet I couldnt find a way to contact them. If you cant get customer service I will never buy this product again

Unable to consume product , undrinkable
Purchased Bota Chardonnay on 4-4-25 . When opened, it tasted bad , looked much darker than usual. I would like a replacement box of Chardonnay.

Leaky box spout
Took the tap out of box, took the foil off, poured a glass of wine and put the box in the fridge. When going back for another glass there was wine all over the fridge.
Examined the box and it was leaking from the spout and unable to make it stop. Had to store it upsidedown. Long story short.
We had bought 3 boxes and all 3 had the same problem and everytime we would use it the leaking got worse. It didn't store well because air would get into the bag and spoiled the taste.

Bought 2 boxes of boda cabinet aged in bourbon barrel both had a vinegar taste.
But one box of the Boda cabinet aged in bourbon barrel from Kroger's 2 weeks ago had a vinegar taste.I end up mixing Boda mailback with it in order to drink.It period when to my ears body box.Last week it had a vinegar Taste so bad. I couldn't mix anything with it.
I would like a refund for my 2 boxes. I paid 16.98 for one 18 .98 for the other.I would like gift card or 2 more boxes

Bad wine
I have been purchasing Bota box and lately every box has been bad. I pour a glass and the color is amber.
I have purchased the boxes at both ABC Liquor and Walmart .
Wondering if you had a bad lot? L14C 09:49 23 102.
I have bought Bota box for years but will no longer as I have had to return too many boxes.

Faulty product and company has not responded after reaching out several times
The spigot on the Bota Box was faulty and the entire contents of the 4 liter box leaked into my fridge then the freezer below creating a slushy mess that I am still cleaning. The company has not responded after I reached out twice to them.
