Deceptive business practice
They refuse to cancel my membership,...been there over 3 times, each time I get the run around and I am being mislead. They keep billing my credit card,...they will not issue a refund. This has been going on for 4 months now. Intentional fraud. Called the States Consumer Protection Agency,...they indicated I should "cancel my credit card." They also indicated they have received over 400 recent complaints,...and that most likely they will file for bankruptcy, so "don't expect to get any of your funds back." This town sports, Boston sports clubs has been closed for the last 3 months.
User's recommendation: Run, these people know they are engaging in an unfair and deceptive business practice.

Had a one-month membership. Was charged every month after. I called multiple times and was promised a swift refund. Instead, they continued to charge me more. This has happened to many other customers, yet the company has faced no repercussions.
