I had the same issue with Gilson Marcos from Boston POS or Bostonpos.com . He installed a system for me a few years back and like the other reviewer mentioned he did the same exact thing!

This is what he does.....

He will promise you everything UNTIL he gets your money then the chase is on! He will give you a install date which he will not show up to. Then once you get him to come and install your Aldelo POS system that you paid big money for, you will have so many problems with your menu you will get so aggravated. Then the day he installs your Aldelo POS ( Bostonpos.com) he is supposed to train you he will either get a phone call or something will happen where he will tell you hat he will have to come back to train you and that WILL NEVER happen!!!!

Don't trust Gilson Marcos from BostonPOS or Aldelo LP . Marcos From Boston POS tel # is 617-216-****

Bostonpos.com is a complete RIPOFF!

I hired Bostonpos.com Gilson Marcos to install a Point Of Sale system for our pizzeria. The system is a Aldelo Pro POS. Marcos charged approximately $4,000 for the entire system which was to include Training, Menu Set Up and Service Agreement if I sign up with his credit card processing, which we decided on doing. We have had no issues with the credit card processing company as of yet.

The issue is with Bostonpos.com 844-600-**** AKA 617-216-****. Marcos installed the system approximately 60 days ago, it is now May 25 th 2016. After he did the install he was supposed to train us on how to operate the system, well that DID NOT happen. After he did the install he said " well I have to go now and I will come back when you open" Well we have been open for over 60 days and Gilson Marcos has not come back to train US!!!! Or correct the multiple issues with the menu. After numerous calls and emails, which go unanswered or he will say he will do it ASAP, he has not done anything and has actually cost us alot of Business!!! If I had a option to do it all over again, I would not do business with Bostonpos.com, Gilson Marcos , 617-216-****, or 844-600-****. He will tell you what you want to hear when he sells you the system but after that you are on your OWN!!!

I also contacted the Software Developer Aldelo LP, Aldelo POS , Jeff Moore , Jeff.Moore@***.com, Harry Tu, Harry.tu@***.com. In which I explained my situation to and they said I need to deal with the "Authorized Dealer". Which makes no sense as I have tried and he will not HELP! It's like buying a honda from a dealer and you have issues and bring the car back and the dealer makes you empty promises, so you decide to call honda yourself. I am sure honda would not leave you hanging like Aldelo.com did!

Just a word of caution if you do business with Gilson Marcos, Bostonpos.com or aldelo.com you will regret it LIKE I DID!!!

Gilson Marcos from BostonPOS have come to a amicable resolution. Bostonpos was there for me when I truly needed him. Give Gilson Marcos a call.

I own a pizzeria in Boston Ma and I bought a Aldelo POS from bostonpos ( Marcos Gilson)worst mistake I made. Marcos made so many empty promise I do not know where to begin!

I bought 2 stations from him it cost me over $10,000! I ended up switching to another company that is how bad Marcos Gilson service was.

Try calling him for Technical Service he will brush you off or tell you he willful it ASAP! They are All LIES!

I had the same issues with Aldello. They are a bunch of crooks! Do not buy a Aldello Pos the lie , cheat and steal!
