Consistently poor service over multiple visits

If there is one thing I would like you to take away from this, know that the wait staff there are great. This complaint is directed squarely at management, who - time and time again - consistently neglect customer requests or general discourse of the bar. Major events on television (sporting or otherwise)? the sound is off or the channel is wrong, seizure inducing lights flickering, and general neglect really hurt both the brand and the potential this location has. You definitely get the run-off customers from St Louis and Jack Astors and even they dont want to stay. I say this as a person who originally wanted to go St Louis but couldnt get in. Fundamental bar basics and general customer service are being missed here

User's recommendation: If you want a drink and no other bar in the area is full, I guess?

Refusal to Pay from Penticton BP

Hi there, I am a former employee of Boston Pizza Penticton reaching out to inform you that I have started legal processes against this location for refusal to pay wages earned as well as refusing to send documentations of employment from May 2021. I have contacted employment standards, as well as legal council. I am reaching out as a courtesy to make this right. I am a disabled 22 year old who is on the *** of being homeless. I need to file my taxes which I cannot do without a T4 from Boston Pizza. I have been told numerous times that management will "get back to me when they can". It has been almost a year since I did not get paid and was let go for making a fuss and demanding my tips that I earned. The other reason I was let go was due to my disability that management was aware of and was making accommodations for. I was removed from the schedule and removed from the shift scheduling software as a "punishment" for leaving work due to a migraine that I ended up hospitalized for. I have been threatened by management saying that they will ruin my life if I try to come after them, but at this point, I have nothing to lose. If you need evidence, I have the text messages saved from Kari, the manager that was working at Boston Pizza at the time. Since then, I have contacted the restaurant and spoken to Veronica (sp?) who is supposedly the current manager. She has told me that she will send me the T4 and get the tips sorted when she can. She's been aware of the tip issue since May 2021 and I have spoken to her multiple times in the past months trying to get my employment records and T4. Last time I called, I was told that they didn't have any of my information anymore so if I wanted a T4, I would have to give them all of my personal info as well as my SIN, which I did. As I am aware, they need to keep this information on file, even after I left. They have no record of my employment which is insanely frustrating to me. I am currently extremely disabled due to my illnesses and am unable to work anymore. I am close to being homeless. I am trying to reduce stress as I am a heart attack risk, but this is not helping. Last thing I want is to put Boston Pizza on blast for what has been said and done, but I will do it if I do not make contact with anyone in the next week. You have my email and phone number. Gift card balance

yeah i purchased a gift card that had a balance of 45$ on it and when i went to the restaurant to pay my bill with it. the card declined. i showed them it had the balance on the website and they didnt care i had to pay from my wallet. i was really upset because i was hoping to use my gift card not real cash. get back to me with a resolution, thanks.

Fast Card gift card not accepted

My son received a Boston Pizza gift card for his birthday , we went this evening and neither the server or manager was able to confirm a balance or validity of the gift card. I had the cash with me to cover it but it was very embarrassing. Since arriving home I have tried to find a contact at Fast Card to figure this out and all I found was a Corporate website that doesn't appear to have any customer service links or contacts. We were told at Boston Pizza there should be another part to this gift card and I searched everywhere for this other "piece " but nothing else came with it. I don't want to go back to the friend that gave us the gift card, that would be embarrassing again. Buyer beware I suppose to not purchase any cards that show issued by Fast Card.
