Mismanagement and Non Payment to Workers

DO NOT HIRE OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!My husband and I own a small business and helped this company out by finishing a carpentry project on a home, after the sub contractor they used walked off the job. We were asked to shave our price by $500 to help this company manage the costs they were incurring as a result of the project taking longer than expected. When asked if we would get a sub-contractor contract to sign, we were told it was being revised. Needless to say, it has been over a month since we did the work and we have not received any payment, the Project Manager no longer works there and after promising to pay us, then giving us a lot of excuses, they are no longer, including the owner, Brian Butler, responding to our calls, emails... The are clearly in toruble financially and ripping people off. We will be filing a complaint with the AG's office.

Boston Garage Door Company Scott Moses Very Unreliable

My gagare door broke and an appointment was made 2 days prior for a repair person to come out and fix it. I came home early from work, and the repair person never showed up. The installer Scott Moses never showed up, very unreliable, and never called after several messages. People should be considerate and return phone calls and text messages, especially when people come home early from work. It is very important in this day and age to be reliable, which this contractor was not. I would not recomend using him. A least if your not going to make the appointment, it would be professional to call.
