Mistake!!!

I wanted to buy 2 gift certificates for a Celtic Basketball Game in Boston and instead I purchased 2 gift certificates for $250.00 each to Fan Gear. Can I exchange this credit you are holding for tickets?

This was 2 Xmas gifts that I totally messed up and don't know how to fix it. Can you please help???

Boston Celtics - Card in mail

I received an envelope in the mail today that was opened. Inside of the envelope was a card that says

Go Cs happy holidays from Casey.

The return address is BC 100 Causeway suit 1210. I just wanted to know if there was anything else in this envelope and card since it was opened when I got it out of my mailbox. I did enter to win Celtics tickets in a couple of different contest and sweepstakes, my name is Ashley Moran.
