Do not use this company

Actually since I wrote this review I have yet to receive a refund. It has been almost 2 months.

I was called the first day they were supposed to come (1/2 hour before the end of the 3 hour window) to say the technician couldn't come because he had a problem. (This service was paid in advance, and scheduled two weeks in advance.) It was rescheduled for the second week and I received a call the morning of the second appointment that there was no equipment available and they couldn't come.

I asked for my money back and received a call from the company's president apologizing saying that he would personally supervise the cleaning if I wouldn't cancel and he would insure that someone would be there if i rescheduled. The next week (on the same morning that they were supposed to come) I received a call that there was no equipment to clean my curtains. This was three weeks of changing my schedule, moving my furniture and staying home. I asked for my money back but had to call them after a week of not hearing to insure that it was sent.

It took over 2 weeks to return my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Left me out in the cold on my carpet cleaning

Had an appointment today, 10/2 for Boss Carpet cleaning in my home, an appointment that was made almost a week in advance, by the way. After many calls from the outfit during the day in question, it turns out that "the technician can't make it today because he's at the other end of town." Huh?!

What kind of cockamamie excuse is that? Here I am, waiting for these guys virtually all day, only to get some LAME excuse of someone being "at the other end of town".

Do you guys really understand what SERVICE is?! I'm seriously considering to cancel the whole deal, and fins a cleaning service that will stand by their word.

I needed services for my grandma and I wanted to make sure they were legit so of course I did my job and looked them up and found some disturbing reviews. My grandma said they were good so I decided to give them the benefit of doubt so I called and just asked about their bad reviews such as the one below and they got upset and said "we don't need your business"!!

I just asked if it was a real complaint but it sounds as though it was real!!!! See here below: BROKE INTO MY HOUSE!!! I had to file a police report on this company. I live in an apartment complex and had my basement closet flooded.

My landlord had called this company to help clean it up. They came in, pulled up the carpet and left a fan. They said they would call me in a week to come get their fan. That never happened.

I put the fan back in my closet and laid the carpet down while I waited for their call. I came home 3 weeks later and saw their van outside working on another apartment, so I went in to get their fan and it was gone. Everything was moved around in my carpet. I thought my landlord had let them in, so I called them and they had no record of them being in my place.

After my landlord contacted the company, he was told by the self proclaimed owner of the company that they were "tired of wasting gas " and had driven out many times to retrieve their fan (needless to say, they never once called me or my landlord previous to this). He said that one of their workers removed my window screen to find a window unlocked and he gave them permission to CRAWL THROUGH MY WINDOW to retrieve their fan.They did so, threw everything carelessly back in my closet, locked my door and left.

They were never planning on telling anybody. The American Fork Police Department did cite the company and we are in the process of the city prosecutor reviewing the case.
