Hello. My order for the Sam & Max holiday bundle was delivered on December 3, 2021. It was meant as a Christmas present. However, shortly after opening the box, Sam's leg broke off. I would like to know if receiving a replacement figure is possible. I will happily send photos over if needed. Thank you.

User's recommendation: HEAT THE FIGURES BEFORE USING! Sam’s joints are really stiff.

They have an army of fanboy worshippers on facebook on their page, and if you leave ANY comment other than praise and worship all of those pu$$ies form virtual lynchmobs and then BFS blocks you. Truth be told, Boss fight studio is overrated and their characters arent that great. The only reason they are taking off is because they are the only company that makes blank action figures, which have really *** accessories. (long story in itself) ... i cant wait until another compitition company comes along and knocks them off their high horses.

Boss Fight Studio are nothing but thieves

Boss Fight Studio took my money in December for a pre-order which was promised to be sent out in March. In March, they extended that date to April, in April they extended it to May, and in May they extended it to June. By June time was running out for me to dispute the credit card charges made 6 months ago so I posted on their Facebook page asking that they send out my order. They deleted my comment, so I posted it again. This continnued 3 times, until they finally replied asking me to email them. I replied that I did email them and no one responded. At that point I was banned from their Facebook page and received an email that they had cancelled my order. I never did get a refund. Never buy from these crooks.

Why would you post on their Facebook page about an order question? This is guaranteed to annoy literally any company.

A private message or email is what is in order when looking for order status updates. Small toy manufacturers are at the complete mercy of the Chinese factories when it comes to ship dates...

most often, the answer will be "factory delays". If this is unacceptable to you, you should frankly never order from a small toy manufacturer.
