Question about my stroller

I just need to communicate with someone about the dog stroller I bought. It doesn't have a swivel wheel on it and I was wondering if I could buy on for it and attach it.

To TRY to get the attention of Boson's Customer Service Department ~ if it exists. I see a product I'm pretty sure I want.... I was just hoping to discuss TIMES for ORDER AND DELIVERY.
