Returning a call
On a scale of 1-10 .....1
We were informed by an Amstar employee that we were on two different flights. Not only was this upsetting, we had to change our details for pick up at Newark when we landed coming home. My problem is with Loreen Lynch, our travel advisor. She should have known this, since she certainly had to look at our info before meeting with us before we left on 5/25/2024 - 6/1/2024.
I did try and get in touch with someone about this while we were on vacation but unfortunately, none of your emergency numbers were answered and she wasn't taking calls or emails since she was out of the office. I did leave some bad reviews and someone contacted me and left a voicemail. I listened to it and it cut off right in the middle. Can you please try and find out who it was?
I'm pretty sure it wasn't anyone from the Scranton office.
I'm finishing up work for the summer and it may be easier to email me. I don't always carry my phone with me.
Preferred solution: I'm not sure. it was a huge inconvenience to all 8 of us and upsetting to know we would not be going home together.
