I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and after about 6 months of no problems, one morning I loaded the dishwasher and noticed no lights on? I tried everything including checking breakers... There was power to the unit. I called Bosch and they said it was under warranty and sent an authorized service person out. He was not able to repair it and ordered a new board. I, too, am having problems with my Bosch Dishwasher. We have tried to figure out what is wrong, but the only thing that makes sense is the circuit board. It will run but it seems like it misses the last cycle and does not drain. I know the drain is not clogged as it will drain on the next load during the load, but not at the end. I tried putting it on quick wash and it only runs for about 5-7 minutes. The soap dispenser does not release either.... Read more

Here is our very lengthy ordeal with Bosch: On July 30, 2014 I bought appliances for the entire kitchen which also included two Bosch dishwashers which cost us $1,150 each + New York tax (it came out about to $1,300 for each dishwasher). the microwave part of my Bosch combi oven stopped working about two years into use, but within three year warranty, so we called Bosch and an engineer was duly sent out to investigate. I think everyone agrees that when you spend $800 on an appliance, you expect it to work correctly. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher in 2015 because the company claimed its whisper quiet. After having it installed, I quickly noticed that you can hear water splashing from 20 feet away. After several phone calls and having a repair guy come out, Bosch recommended that I return the unit which I did. Silly me, I re-purchased the same model. It worked... Read more

Newly purchased December 2016 Bosch Dishwasher. No matter how carefully the plates, bowls and mugs are stacked in this dishwasher after even a 'normal' cycle there are deep nicks and chips around the edges of the rim of the bowls, and cups and mugs chips on the rim and at the base. The dishwasher is not overfilled - a maximum of 3 place settings and chips are happening. How is it that this problem - and clearly this is a Bosch design fault is... Read more

My Bosch dishwasher caught fire so they gave us a whopping 40 percent off the inflated online price. Between the inflated price and the shipping we saved 75 dollars and waited 3-1/2 weeks to get a dishwasher. I spent 6-3/4 hours on phone with them on hold and handling the special code for the recall /rebate process. I have never hated a company until I dealt with this one! Order 17048050

Two-year old oven. Keeps popping open while heating, particularly on higher temps of 375 F or above. Called customer support looking for a fix. Answer was "$125 for the service call, and $X (don't remember the amount) per 15 minutes after that." No walking me through how to fix it, nor any other support. Had new cooktop. Not even year old All the markings around the knobs wore off so you can not tell hi or low etc. Or what knob. Call to customer service and they won't do anything. Have to pay 1/2 price and installation !!!

They said their engineers said that I "had to have a piece of metal touching the glass because it would be "impossible" for this to happen. LOL. They didn't "believe" me when I said there was nothing in the microwave. I told them they must need the $400 more than me and have lost a customer for life. They didn't care.
