Just got a combination microwave,oven and grill and so disappointed with the design details. I had a Neff before and couldnt fault it but the Bosch has no shelves so getting food in and out on the ridiculous round trays is dangerous. How did it get through a risk assessment? The function *** is poorly marked and difficult to tell exactly which function has been selected. Surely it could have had a white or fluorescent mark to mark the choice and make it easier to be seen. Overall poor design and very disappointed I didnt wait for a Neff oven- totally worth the extra money.

Being Bosch customer for more than 2 years but didnt find any support

I bought a BOSCH fridge frizzer about two years ago. As far as i know i have not done any accidental damage to it. However, with normal use of two years. The cooler part of the fridge has stopped working. I called Bosch customer service if they can do anything. The staff said this in out of warranty and if they send an engineer to look for it. They charge £100 just for coming and assessing it anything they do will charge me extra they said. I though Bosch company was better than this. I wish i would rather have bought from Samsung or any other company.

Bosch built in combi oven. Do not buy!

the microwave part of my Bosch combi oven stopped working about two years into use, but within three year warranty, so we called Bosch and an engineer was duly sent out to investigate. He quoted a couple of things and said I will get the parts and return. He did return a week or so later and tried the parts to no avail. He then left and we haven't seen him since!!!!!! We of course waited and waited and waited! We eventually called Bosch and were told that the warranty period was up? But they would send an engineer out. No points for guessing who! We told them we didn't want that guy as he had just disappeared and obviously hadn't got a clue. We asked if we could have a replacement at a mutually agreed price. Wait for it !!!!!!! They offered 10% discount on a new one - laugh I nearly fell off my chair. We just bought a cheap replacement and if it goes wrong it won't have cost £ 650 to throw out

I found out today I’ve been victimized by Bosch. My almost brand new microwave just died and they want more than it’s worth to send out a technician...I HATE BOSCH!!!! Totally corrupt company!

After having had several Bosch dishwashers we find our new one to be very poor in every expect. The fitments are cheap and flimsy, the dishwasher smells whatever we do to clean it and the main tray won't stay on its wheels. It feels tinny and cheap and nothing like what we expected from this brand or the supplier John Lewis. As a warning our previous Bosch dishwasher started to smoke and we found that the whole plastic back panel had started to bubble. That should have been the warning. We wouldn't buy another so don't buy one!! We will be taking this up with John Lewis!

Sucks to get stuck with Bosch appliances...overpriced and totally unreliable! Built to breakdown so they can bend you over and screw you with outrageous maintenance fees. Don’t get hosed, Don’t buy BOSCH!

After 2 and a half years E09 code showed as no heat or hot water being made - Engineer came out form Bosch and blew the whole thing up and blamed a local engineer..now out of pocket of £450 I will never buy Bosch again - I used to work on the boiler side but they are truly awful and they go out of their way to *** the public. Products generally will last a few years then beware of expensive repairs. Customer Liaison are rubbish and Customer Service do not have a clue. I am really unhappy by them

Bosch HMT85GL53B Microwave oven broken 1 month after warranty expired!

A £500+ Bosch microwave oven (model HMT85GL53B) purchased only 2 years ago broke just 1 month after the 2 year warranty expired - and Bosch made no offer to help. You would expect such an expensive appliance to last well after the warranty period! We spent the extra money on the kitchen appliances as we thought that Bosch had a good reputation...and there we are! We are appalled at the quality of Bosch appliances and very unhappy with the way Bosch handled it. We wouldn't recommend the microwave / combi oven model HMT85GL53B to anyone, as it has broken so quickly!
