Aesthetically designed products but God forbid if you have any problems and need customer or technical service or replacement within the warranty period. They will give you run around

battery in warranty and reported during the failure time period Within which if it fails, legally they are required to replace or fix the battery. Generally it is replaced. But try doing this and they give you the runaround. The date of manufacture of manufacturer is on the label of the battery but they want the original receipt and if you happen to buy a car from somebody else or can't find the receipt then they won't honor the warranty. I think it's illegal to do so don't buy their car parts

No Warranty Support

on 2/21/2022 I purchased 4 Bosch Injectors and now having issue, contact the place I purchased them and was informed to click on the link for support which sent me to Bosch and when I contacted Bosch Parts. I sent an email and didn't receive anything; I called customer service and was asked what the issue was and gave my information and issue I was having. I was looking for a solution and was told that someone would call me. No one called. and was basically told that I would not get warranty on the items I purchased. if I had known that buying a product from a big-name company like Bosh, I would have not purchased this product and would have try to locate a Brand that stood behind their products. The phone doesnt work in my area. I received another number when I called Bosch customer service. When I called the new number the phone would continually right until I hang up. Would be courteous to have a voice regarding to say something like youve reached Boschs Auto Parts, please wait until the next representative is available to speak with you.

Bad wiper blade

basicly i was lied to about the availability of a fuel pump it was not the pump that they were advertising in their add the depict the pump with SPADE connectors and sent me the one with the universal nut and bolt configuration not once but two times after extensive discusion with their sales reps i think its a deceptive marketing ploy to sell what the have in stock isthere anything that can be done to stop this deceptive practices this is a major problem and has forced me great difficulty to keep having to return the pumps further more thereis no way to contact them by phone to complain its like im at their mercy!!

I bought Bosch wiper blades from O'Reillys auto parts today. The amount of parts left over is ridiculous and contributes to the waste stream of plastics that is harmful to our environment not to mention the packaging.

Hi, For the first and last time i purchase wiper from your company. They were jumpy on my windshield and after not even a month (like 3-4 uses in rainy day) the linkage of my Passat 2015 broke so i have to replace it...a 300$ repair job. Very unsatisfied for the price of your product...next time i will get some at the dealer for sure

Inferior performance

I recently purchased new rotors and brake pads for my 2015 Nissan Rogue. Not even 2 months after installing the parts, I have noticed that rust is forming on the brake rotors. Yes, I realize that rust will start to form on these types of parts, but I certainly do not expect rust to appear within only 2 months of installation and especially on the hub area of the rotors. Very disappointed in this product, as I was expecting much better performance from a Bosch product.

Spark Plug Warranty Isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Bought Bosch Platinum+4 spark plugs for both of my cars and was not happy with the performance in either of my cars. Tried to return the plugs with my sales receipt to get my money back. I spent almost $30 for the plugs, per car, AND another $4.50 to send back the first set. A few weeks later I got all of my paperwork back and a nasty letter telling me that I didn't follow the instructions so I was out of luck. I won't by Bosch ANYTHING ever again. Oh, and they kept the plugs also, so I can't make a display in my shop to show what bad plugs look like and to warn people NOT TO WASTE THEIR MONEY on this worthless brand of spark plugs.
