Verified ReviewerUnhelpful and rude staff
Called Bosch with regards to my dishwasher. Staff refused to acknowledge my concerns and asked me repeatedly to provide the ENR number.
I asked her many times if it's the number that was put in the warranty, and she said no. She told me to open the dishwasher and that it's located somewhere. If I can't find it, then she can't help me. She invited me to go to YouTube to find that out.
I did it and found it was the exact same number on my warranty card.
It is already very stressful to have the dishwasher broken down, and on top of that, to deal with this kind of service staff. Unbelievable.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Hi,
I bought a Bosch dishwasher with a $250 Finish incentive but I received under $50 of product.
Is this Bosch inflating the incentive to get me to buy your machine?
I would like the rest of the incentive.
I purchased because of the incentive and believe you have deceived me and many others by saying we get $250 of Finish products but only get sent under $50.
Please rectify ASAP.

Washing machine leaks water all over floor whilst under warranty. 5 months later still trekking to the laundry mat 2-3 times a week at my expense.
Emails phone calls one of their (qualified) technicians had it for 6 weeks and couldnt get it to leak.
Unfortunately for it to leak he would have actually had to turn it on lolbecause it leaked just perfectly before AND after he had it (whos a *** eh?) onto to our second qualified technician they have lost the warranty request twice?.
Do lots of ring and emails and get lots of empty promises

Verified ReviewerDrum is Stainless Steel - My Washing had a coin missed on before check. Ended up in waste drain.Error 23 why call tech when it could have indicated clear drain
Wash ended with missed coin- Error 23 call Customer Service.
Extended Warranty- Assigned Bosch repairer $165 demanded call service fee.
Extended Warranty and the great legendary Stainless Steel drum as glorified without opening assessed to be damaged.
An explanation on diagnosis and how does a stainless still drum break and ends in drain pipe with out any filter to preserve ending in drain.
So product & innovation is not what is glorified to say its basic with everyday ordinary brand as drum stainless steel on extended warranty does break and does not have filtering.
Simply Customer is wrong for a over glorified product Sales pitch
Still under extended warranty

- Unfiltered stainless steel drum & extended warranty sales and glorified

Faulty dryer
They are literally holding my dryer to ransom. The absolute worst customer service. I'm sure they're fine unless you have a problem, but if something goes wrong they take absolutely no responsibility.

Bosch NanoBlade saw recall.
I bought one of these little chainsaws several years ago and it would be one of the most useful hand tools I have ever owned. I was very disappointed to see you advertise a compulsory recall of this product because it does not have a chain brake.
I wrote to MBEI (the government ministry in New Zealand responsible for ordering this recall) and asked them to please explain how these little one handed tools could possibly be fitted with a chain brake and why it was considered necessary. A large full size two handed chainsaw definitely needs one but to apply this safety rule to a tiny saw with a blade only 50 mm long is bureaucracy gone mad. I have not had a reply but I would like to make a real protest about this so Bosch can continue supplying me with blades for my saw.
When I filled in the recall information on your website I asked what protest Bosch had made about having to make this recall and asked if there was anything I could do to help.
But I have never had a reply from you either. Regards Brian Leach
User's recommendation: Don't bother asking
Missing component
8. Centimetre grass cutter was missing from our Isio battery operated pack .
The hedge trimmer Was in the kit only .
I have now had to order and pay for what should have been included.
Its not a big deal , but the responses or should I say the lack of responses disappointed me .
User's recommendation: Check early and find out what you have is what you expect .

Verified Reviewer | Brisbane, QueenslandThe WORST service in the world
Trying to get a refund for the item I returned already 2 months ago-according the BOSCH 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. I absolutely have no words to explain this idiotic behavior from a big brand name - DEFINITELY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!
I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND AND MAKE SURE I SEND THE LOUDEST WARNING TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND MY NETWORK TO NEVER EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM BOSCH IN AUSTRALIA - complete disaster of a company - RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CHEATERS!!!!!! IDIOTS!!
Resolved: BOSCH Designed NOT for Longer than a Week!
BOSCH Designed for LIFE......... I guess so,
That is, if your life is only ONE Week Long!!!!!
After recently taking a faulty Bosch Inspection camera to their Melbourne Service Centre, it came back replaced with a brand new one! Wow that's fantastic service! So we thought???
This was short lived, when not even one week passed and we went to use our new Bosch Inspection camera for the second time,
only to find it too is faulty with the exact same fault as our original!
And the official words straight from the Bosch Service Centre
"Proof of purchase date on original replacement is 24/3/13.
The warranty period for this purchase
was 2 years, the tool was replaced under goodwill, the warranty period has long expired"
In other words we gave you a new one and don't really care that it only lasted less than a week! That's your problem now!
Well that's one sure way to go from Fantastic Service to I think if that's how they treat there customers, we sure won't be stocking any of our companies service vehicles with Bosch anymore.
I'll keep you all posted on wether this is seriously how BOSCH are content to treat their customers and in the meantime does anyone know any brands for a decent inspection camera?
As looks like we are in the market for a new one !

BOSH would not replace my faulty fridge
In 2013 I moved into a new house with all BOSCH appliances included in the build. 18 months later the fridge steadily lost the ability to chill.
After 2 visits by the BOSCH approved repairer it was declared unrepairable. This was when it all went sour as they no longer made that model of fridge, so they offered a refund. That would have been fine except that my builder had bought the $2,200 fridge at builders rates so all BOSCH would do is refund me $1,600. This left me at a significant disadvantage as I could not buy the equivalent of a $2,200 fridge for $1,600.
BOSCH were very unhelpful, they did not care one iota that I was left 'short'. I would have been happy with the current model equivalent of my old fridge but they were not interested in helping me.
Multiple calls and multiple escalations within BOSCH produced no results, management did not care either.
I cannot recommend BOSCH or their products given my dishwasher does not clean very well and the stove top has a faulty *** so that the piezo won't light the gas.
I for one will NEVER buy BOSCH again and I tell everyone I can NOT to buy BOSCH as the customer service is appalling and the products don't work well.In 2013 I move into a new house with all BOSH applicances and 18 months later the fridge steadly lost the ability to chill. After 2 visits it was declared unrepaiable
- Dont stand behind their product
- Rude customer support
- Poor quality

Expensive Built-in Kitchen machine discontinued unable to get attachemnts no help from HO
After purchasing a very expensive piece of kitchen machinery 3 years ago today I can no longer purchase any attachments. Too Bosch's favour they have ordered a replacement part that I require for a current attachment.
When contacting Bosch Germany advising Australia no longer carries this item and requesting where I could now purchase attachments, Their answer was to forward my e-mail on to Australia. Where do I go from here? Are the US sites trust worthy? Would prefer to get this from Bosch or one of their distributors in Germany.
Looking for the Icecream attachment Citrus Press and Stainless Steel Blender if anyone can help. Sher Leon
