Dear borrowell You guys need to add people and their extension number to voicemail So I can input my rep extension number in I have no idea what that number is

Hey, I wanna talk regarding my credit score that it went down because of some inquiries that even I dont know. I just wanna say if you can double check that that remove that inquiries because I never went to that banks might be someone else account is linked to my account. If you can provide my number where I can call regarding this issue. Thank you.
