Purse broke after 2 weeks.
- - The Born purse handle broke off and the snap part was lost.
- - A tool may be needed to reinsert the snap, I don't have one.
The handle on my newly purchased Born purse broke off. I have no way of fixing it myself.be aware.
The snap like part was lost and not able to reinsert it. It is a snap that I assume you need a tool to put it back in, so it stays.
I there way I don't have it. I tried using my own method to be able to use the purse but I failed.

The characters posing to be your customer service agents must be trying to ruin your reputation. I am a happy, long-time return og Bjorn Footwear and have always experienced friendly reception from your service dept.
Yet, when I called to make an order the phone was answered by a rude teenager who simply hung up on me. I called back and got a different brat, who also hung up on me.
Then, I received an email from your(?) pissed customer department admonishing me for my misbehavior.
This must be some kind if scam.
I went ahead and order two other pairs of boots online that were supposed to be delivered the next day and they have not arrived.

Defective boots
- - Born Tori boots bought December.
- - Worn six times max; strap comes off at rivet.
- - My husband repaired it by hammering the strap over the rivet.
I purchased Born Tori boots in December. I have wore them 6 times maximum.
Usually only few hrs. On both boots the strap has came off it has rivet that holds strap. My husband has repaired by placing strap back over rivet and gently hammered. On or the other boot has strapcome loose every time i wear them.
I have purchased multiple pairs of Born boots and shoes over the years.
Born is my go to brand. I am disappointed in this boot.
