Verified ReviewerBad Turbo's
- - Bought 2 turbos for a 2016 F-150; both failed within 1,000 miles.
- - Warranty denial blamed the truck; Borg Warner and Cardinal/Diesel unhelpful.
I purchased 2 turbos for my 2016 ford f150. With in 1000 miles both turbo's went bad.
Instead of backing the warranty they blamed it on my truck. Pretty damn low. So much for being a reputable company. I will make sure to let people know that they CANNOT TRUST BORG WARNER under no circumstance.
Purchase your product from any company except Borg Warner. Cardinal/Diesel USA is no better.
They DO NOT support their customer. They will back the BIG company like Borg Warner.
Preferred solution: Full refund
