PI bought the Note Air 2 on March 24th and received the device on April 10th. Since it arrived I noticed a lot of problems!

I couldnt connect to the WiFi properly (limited connection), I couldnt write by supporting my hand on the device, it doesn't write (even with the touch feature disabled), audio is not working, the charger is not working, the device is crashing all the time, couldnt sink with kindle, and others! I tried to contact the support but it is terrible - they have only email and take 2 days to answer back. I tried for two weeks to fix the problems but it didnt work. I sent the videos with the problems but they keep denying return.

I dont want it anymore.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. The equipment had several problems, I recorded it to show them, even so, it was hard to return the equipment and they still charged me $80 to pay for the return. I definitely don't recommend it..

I bought the Note Air 2 on March 24th and received it on April 10th (15 days ago). When it arrived, I noticed a series of problems.

It couldnt connect to the WiFi properly (keep saying limited connection), I couldnt write by supporting my hand on the device, it doesn't write (even with the touch feature disabled), audio is not working, the charger is not working, the device is crashing all the time, I couldnt sink with the Kindle, and others! I tried to contact the support for two weeks but it is terrible - you need to wait 48h for one answer (imagine this for 10 problems). After two weeks trying to fix I dont want it anymore. I sent the videos showing that it is not working properly and they keep denying to return the device and my money.

Its abusive!

I dont want to fix anything anymore. Just my money back.
