Worst Experience of a Lifetime

I tried to resolve this issue at Boondocks only to find a very polite, but either untrained or unempowered supervisor who was not able to take appropriate actions even in the moment. Hoping that I would be contacted by the General Manager after waiting 10 days, I was not; so I wrote a kind and thoughtful letter explaining the experience.

I am delighted there is a clean, safe place like Boondocks where I can sponsor corporate event, host a birthday or take the entire family. I am still hoping that the General Manager will respond to my letter written a week ago or that perhaps the US Mail was delayed and he has not seen my letter, but hearing nothing, I have no other choice to tell the tale. I arrived with 18 guests, a large family party that I host every year and that I have held at the same Parker Colorado location on two other occasions. The abbreviated version of our troubles is that our food and drink order was taken at 5:15.

By 6:00 p.m. NOTHING arrived. My guests went to the bar and snack bar to purchase their own beverage (how embarrassing for me) by 6:15, 8 , yes I said 8, not 18 of my guests were served meals. Still no beverages.

At 6:45 our waitress returns telling us that she could had 8 Full Throttle Wrist Bands available for our party, since only 8 had eaten. We asked her nicely to please serve my remaining guests, and I approached a supervisor. The supervisor made sure than we received full throttle wristbands for the guests that had the patience to stay. (Many left, as two hours had passed and 10 people still not fed).

The meals (many of them anyway) were also supposed to come with arcade credits. We did not get these. The final insult was that the full throttle wristbands that I paid $40 each for were not loaded properly, and my guests got one round of golf or one go cart race, and then they stopped working.

I only had time for one round of golf before my guests all left. They spent time chatting outside, being too polite to tell me that the entertainment did not work either.
