"That is incorrect you are in term until 11/28 and we talked over the phone about this and we are gave you a credit 250 off for May, June and July.
Your cost will go back up on your August invoice.

this is one of the emails I received from Liza Seltzer.
I have more, including one where she called me a liar. I now am getting rental referrals and that isn't what I signed up for.
- Good crm
- Customer service is poor and training is minimal
Preferred solution: I would like my contract to end early or take my lender amount off. my lender backed out in the middle of the contract.
User's recommendation: Save your money
