My status hit down all the money Ive spent Boomtown doesnt care no smiles ugh.
Even the waitresses take an hour to bring or offer drinks I play without using the card it doesnt matter as rude as they are. I feel like Im treated like a step child from a mean ole step mother.

User's recommendation: Once you can’t tip or play they don’t care anymore their or no smiles frees items it like when I stopped going a lot the staff and all stop meeting greetings no smiles the once manager had a repor with doesn’t talk I haven’t been asked to come back I play every week at the casino but I don’t use my choice card what’s the point my choice online greet me more than the real casino I am a loyal customer I am PISSED!!! What a joke their free play offer is misleading! First $25 on us, actually NO they say it will kick in once YOU lose the first $25.
No it doesn't, if you win anything at all it is subtracted and you are unable to win anything.
The players club did not explain that at all. Will never come back to that establishment again.
