Once the pandemic hit
My status hit down all the money Ive spent Boomtown doesnt care no smiles ugh.
Even the waitresses take an hour to bring or offer drinks I play without using the card it doesnt matter as rude as they are. I feel like Im treated like a step child from a mean ole step mother.

What a joke their free play offer is misleading! First $25 on us, actually NO they say it will kick in once YOU lose the first $25.
No it doesn't, if you win anything at all it is subtracted and you are unable to win anything.
The players club did not explain that at all. Will never come back to that establishment again.
