Worst service ever. Rude, lazy and got laughed at for asking a simple question it could’ve gotten resolved.
I been coming here for years and this time around had to be the worst experience ever by far. I would like to talk to someone in charged.

I had a birthday party there and I very unhappy about the service there it was a waste of my money nothing was done right I had parties before at other establishments and never had this much issues Things couldve been handled better then what they were handled Ive been trying to speak to someone and corporate and its very difficult to get someone to actually talk to this does not make any sense that its so hard for me to speak to someone I would like to speak to a live representative if someone can please give me a call I have sign and email still have not got a call or respond back if someone give me a call at 562-440-****
Preferred solution: Someone to give me a call it should not be this hard to reach somebody
