Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The item finally arrived I did start a complaint with some other consumer agency. But I talked to the post office about it and they told how to get my item

Never gotten my order, I asked for a refund they refused. I kept emailing them they stopped responding as soon as they heard that I needed a refund. I also paid 400 dollars total

I placed $500 order and for eight weeks told me on its way to get an email saying fed ex lost the order. They stated If I could reorder and did not get it again there is nothing they could do.
I could not take a chance as they lied so many times about its arrival. Was paying interest on credit card if I paid off dont want a credit on the card. I had to call visa to fix because they would not refund the money. Just upset ordered many times and no issue.
6 friends placed order in the past and they dont seem to n n care at all. Blaming fed ex numbtcompany.
