I thought I was on the hotels website when basically this company hijacked you and sent you to their website then I thought I was making a reservation. This company immediately took the entire amount out of my checking account when I called and canceled within 10 minutes.
They told me that they could only give me everything except for one night stay back because They were entitled to that for a cancellation fee.
When I tried calling twice to cancel my reservation, it just dropped the call then when I tried calling four different times to speak to an operator it just dropped the call making it nearly impossible to speak to someone. They are basically using trickery to take peoples money!!

This company basically high jacks you from what you believe to be a hotel sight!! Once you make your reservation they immediately take the money for the entire stay out of your account!
Even if you cancel within 10 minutes they claim they are entitled to a one night stay cost for the cancellation fee!! They basically trick you into thinking youre booking within the hotel!! Terrible company!
Making money by tricking people! When I called to cancel it would abruptly disconnect before I could get through the process and did the same thing if I tried connecting to an operator!!

Overcharged
I was overcharged. Online said 99$ plus tax but then charged me trip protection when i am traveling and on my way there!
The difference is 40.78 and want a refund. Ive called 6 times and just hangs up on me.
Please refund so i don't have to dispute with bank. Thank you

I waited for more than 30 minutes on the phone and no one answered. You are the worst travel booking company and will spread around how you do business.
I will call the credit card company not to pay the charges. THIS IS A SCAM.

I realized that I was charged roughly double the price to book a hotel room. I cancelled within the cancellation window and booked directly with the hotel.
When I went to get a refund they told me they would issue a voucher instead.
When I argued with them the email went dead and I never heard back from them.
They also design their SEO and website to appear to be the official booking site for the hotel in question. They design it to fool customers who don't know to check the URL/domain of the website they are using.

It was very negative. They didn't do anything to assist until I reached out to you.
They kept telling me the same thing; "it's being escalated". They told me that for a month.
I have been reaching out since August 3rd. I revised my reservation and am due a refund.
I have spoken with Kelly, Sebastian, Jose, Yvonne, and Sebastian again. I keep being dismissed and told that my inquiry has been escalated.
This is not how business is conducted. Please reach out and provide evidence of my refund.

I thought I was going through the hotel directly and not booking online. I was charged $70 in fees.
NON-REFUNDABLE. Not acceptable and I will NEVER use this or Expedia ever again!!!

Somehow I had two reservations with the AC
Marriott on Maui I also had a reservation for the same night at the Marriott. Welles Beach hotel.
I cancelled the AC reservations,but were still charged more than $800. I do not want to redeem the charge in exchange for a room. I want my money refunded. Im

There were two or three different Marriotts in Weilea.
I stayed at the beach resort and do not want to pay this charge as I was not staying with you. I was in another Marriott.

Overcharge
Overcharge on hotel bill: Hotel $368.38
Bookonline $1,856.34 Tried to resolve issue and hotel couldnt help since I went through a third party Bookonline. After several attempts to contact only results were frustration and disappointment.
Information on how to contact customer service was like being on a merry go round. Cant adjust payment because Bookonline has to submit correction. The $1487.96 may not matter to them but its a whole paycheck for me. A lot to pay for learning a lesson.
Really like to fine 0 stars. Sad when companies dont care about customers.

Abundant times trying to contact a person at bookonline have been frustrating and unsuccessful. Loan from Affirm can only be adjusted through bookonline.
The overcharge $1,487.96 is a must be resolved issue. Please respond!!
