I booked for a Kingpin Queenstown escape Room yesterday for Sat only for *** to tell me they are closed that day. Bookme have my money and there is no phone number to call. *** wont help only tell me to take it up with Bookme.

I booked a ferry through Bookme NZ, and the service was cancelled by the operator due to bad weather. While I completely understand that cancellations happen, the issue is that Ive been trying to get a refund and have received no response from Bookme.
Ive emailed them twice, and even the ferry operator contacted them on my behalf, but there has been no reply at all.
The worst part? They have no contact number, so theres no way to speak to a real person or get help quickly.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If youre thinking of using Bookme dont. Save your time, money, and stress by booking directly with operators or a company that actually offers customer support.
Bookme has shown zero responsibility or care for their customers. Very disappointing.
