So far, so good
- - Great bonuses, especially refer-a-friend, vs sites.
- - Support is decent but can be slow; site is outdated with no real app, though mobile works.
Great bonuses, especially the refer friends one compared to other sites. Offshore is far less BS than the major local ones.
Support team is decent, fast to get to a contact, but sometimes takes a while to get to a resolution. Website is outdated and don't have a real app which sucks, but it sort of works okay on mobile.
The people complaining I have no idea what they're on about, they must be suspicious in my eyes.
Been playing here for nearly 10 years now and only a few hiccups here and there, nothing major. Just lacking in creativity in bonuses sometimes.
