NeThe house we booked could not accomodate us, the owner refunded all our money and yas took $500+ blimmen pathetic!

Nothings been done about it, the lady said she would email me back and she never! Blimmen hopeless! Will not be using this site again!

I asked my email address be sent to the host so l can receive a confirmation email. When booking the wrong email was given.

No one called me back about this.
I am wanting to list a property but know one had called me back.
I current have one listed with you. But I need to book another one in with you as well.
I went on the web site to do this.
Then I copied the url link off air bnb and then it said someone will call me about it. But know one has.

I booked accommodation it said it couldnt book at this time and said to go back to payment page so I did and tryed again. It did confirm either bookings but it took two payments out

We booked a place in napier for Xmas which we pd up front. We then had an email not even in my name to someone else saying the house was no longer ger available any money was put into my account but not the full amount I want to know why
