I booked accommodation it said it couldnt book at this time and said to go back to payment page so I did and tryed again. It did confirm either bookings but it took two payments out

We booked a place in napier for Xmas which we pd up front. We then had an email not even in my name to someone else saying the house was no longer ger available any money was put into my account but not the full amount I want to know why
