well I booked it for 29th of December 23 but they but they give me for tomorrow and I can't go tomorrow and I just pay for it, I didn't get the refund back

No confirmation email to be able to login.
Money taken out of my bank and there was no confirmation email sent and there is no phone number to contact the company to request a refund.
No email sent once payment had been paid. Unable to find a phone number for the company.
Reviews I have found online have said that it is a scam. I have paid £45.99
Preferred solution: Full refund
