Terrible name of a service to be related to a student program. I did not receive a call back. Seriously, I do not need to write 100 words to get my point across!!!

I have downloaded the app and have been using it for the last month. I was trying to claim the pizza reward and it has logged me out and wont let me log back in.
I try to select my email to login and it will not get off the screen to login. My email address associated with the account is nataliesanders333@***.com
Website program rewards not working
My profile quit working and I'm no longer able to issue rewards for my kids in the program. I get an error message about no parent email on file but I am the parent and the teacher so the login email is the parent email.
I've been unable to issue rewards for 2 months. Phone number does not get an actual person.

I’ve contacted the company many times and haven’t heard back. Still not fixed.
The main issue is that there is no communication about whether my reported issue was received and since Ive checked a few times, no communication about progress. If I at least had a note saying they have received my report and are working to resolve it, that would be better than putting it in my court to check in.
