NO answer to my enquiry about undelivered goods

I placed an order for books on Aug 23rd 2021, which was reported to have shipped from UK on Aug 25th to South Africa. Nearly 3 months later, I have still not received my delivery, nor am I getting any help from the form filled out at least 5 times and mail sent to the alternative email address to the help desk. This is so frustrating-how is it possible not to be able to communicate with a company one is dealing with!!!!

User's recommendation: I am having a bad experience and would hesitate to recommend them on the strength of my experience with them.

10 Emails ... No tracking number and no parcel

PlI order a book on the 26 of July on the 30 of July they informed me its shipped. But with no tracking number... It's today the 13 of September, nobody can tell me anything about my order. I paid in full but didn't receive anything.
