Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Thru the Bustbus customer care who were very helpful and cooperative

My trip was cancelled by the book a ride company on 16th December from Toronto to Ottawa still I have not recieved the refund into my account nor any mail from them

Refund for round trip that was cancelled

I booked a round trip from Ottawa to Toronto and from Toronto to Ottawa and both the buses were cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances" as was mentioned in the email. It also mentioned that I would receive a refund for my round trip in 10-15 business days.

Its been pretty long since my cancelled trip and I still have not received my refund yet. I am deeply deeply disappointed that I have not received my refund yet. This is utterly unacceptable.

Not only did I waste money on this ride, I also had to pay money for another ride for my round trip. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!
