They refuse to give me the 40 dollars I was withdrawing, and I have sent them everything they asked for. They are still giving me the runaround and now ignoring my emails.

Just one of these companies that will happily take all your money without asking for any documents but as soon as you go to withdraw you've to send them a ridiculously amount of documents and then tell you it can take upto 5 business days for a withdrawal even though they can take your money instantly. It's 2025 all bank transfers are done and completed if not straight away then upto 24 hours. It's a joke.
