Problem with close account
We have a recurrent donor that has requested the cancelation of her donation. We canceled from the payment processor, but it did not work.
I called Paragon Gateway, but they indicated all is good on their end, but it also needs to be canceled ffrom EveryAction as the transaction was generated from there. The problem is that our account is inactive and it does not let me sign in.
Please help. The name of the donor we need to cancel is Sarah Henchey, please help.
