I didn't have a choice in using them. Amazon ships my stuff with this company. I wouldn't ever choose this company nor would I recommend them.

Firstly, let me start by saying the positive. When I receive an email stating that my parcel is out for delivery.

And if Steve's name is mentioned in the email, I know my Parcel will be on my doorstep before 8 pm, if not, it's the next day. So thank you, Steve, I appreciate you, You should get a raise
When I get an email and John's name is mentioned. I know my parcel will not be delivered to my home, it will be delivered to a civic address that is similar to my civic address but like 10 mins from my house. So they have to bring my parcel over to me.

Or I have to go track my parcel down. Once ok, mistakes happen. But EVERY TIME JOHN. Really?!

Completely unacceptable.
Signed, a very unhappy person. I didn't even sign up to have this company deliver my parcels. Amazon choose them I guess.

I have to go see about how not to have this company deliver my parcels. Unless I am guaranteed Steve every time.
