Points not being added with new card

One month later and still no response from customer service, so angry

I got a replacement card a few weeks ago, when I make a purchase the card is not connecting to my account so have lost points because of this, shop cannot help and advised calling your customer services but after listening to intro it cuts off every time

Items were never delivered

Ive still not recieved my order. When i track, it shows its with EVRI since 4th August, 2022. My order number is 50569**** and Barcode number is H0098A000985****.
