Kia dealer

Worst dealer I've even been to. Definetly will tell peaple not to go there.

Personel lie and don't know what they are doing.

Notcostomer friendly. Thanks to Kia's promise, my 73 yr old brother is changing his own oil and tires himself on his new Kia soul.

They accused me of Fraud

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I live in Chicago and have been looking for a specific Model Mercedes S-500. I sent several emails from Auto-Trader requesting information on the car.

I sent 2 follow up requests about A/C Air Shocks, etc...only to receive same reply from the salesperson...all instrumentation works. This was not the info I asked for.

I then applied online for credit and added my girlfriend as a cosigner, as my credit is terrible. I called and talked to Brie 3 times, left messages for the salesperson and was told someone would get back to me, but that I cannot be on the deal, only my Girlfriend and she would need to take delivery in person...no reason was given.

I called again, stating this is OK can they send me the financing details, the warranty language, base it on 2 different terms and down payments.

No information came, but I was asked by salesperson Brett, to provide contact info for my girlfriend, as they no longer wanted to send me information. i provided her email address and they never sent the information.

This morning, I get an email stating they sold the car to local customer and accused me of possibly pulling off identity theft or fraud to buy the vehicle.

I've never heard of this before in a car buying experience. If you have a pending deal and a customer walks in...isn't it best practice to call the pending customer and ask for deposit...at least a phone call for right of first refusal. Nope...not these guys...I'm flabbergasted they would insinuate a fraudulent purchase. In today's day and age cars are bought online all the time.

I want an apology from Mr. Hiers the owner of the dealership as I feel this was terrible customer service.

THIS IS FOR YOUR CHEVY DEALERSHIP, FIX YOUR WEBSITE

Chevrolet sent 4 new wheels for my 2017 Silverado, the ones that came with the truck were defective by corrosion. I was called telling me that they are in. I wanted to get them resealed to stop any corrosion. That was a expensive ordeal, so I went to B-H Chevy and applies a wax sealer on them before they installed them 5 days later.

On Wed. Jan. 28, 2020 I dropped the truck off at 10 am, they drove me home. I called them up at 4pm and asked them to pick me up, at 4:45 they picked me up; we got to B-H at 5pm. I seen my truck up on the lift and they just started taking the wheels off of it. I went to the Service Manager Jimmie and he said that they got swamped. I told him that I had a 10am appointment. He said he was sorry. I missed my other appointments that day. This is a *** way to do business. I have seen so many different makes of cars at your Chevy dealership that are not Chevy's. Why do you jam all of your dealerships on to one shop to do the work? This shop is not big enough to handle B-H's five other dealerships. Do you understand that? I will try to have another Chevy dealership take over my 5,000 mile servicing. Your

B-H Chevy dealership can't handle the flow from your other dealerships.

My next truck will be purchased at Bob Steel. I just cannot see waiting 8 hours for 4 wheels and an oil change. That's way out of line.

I used to be a mechanic for the New Jersey State Police in West Trenton N.J. I know how long it takes to remove, bust down a wheel, balance and replace it. It does not take 8 hours. You have some work to do at your Chevy dealership; you are getting too big and can't handle the flow of service. Build a bigger shop, hire faster mechanics, you will lose business big time when the people hear about this, and or find out for themselves. It’s all a matter of time.

Swamped is NOT AN ANSWER. Upper management is. Get to work or loose money.

Poor salesmenship which includes the manager!.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

my husband and i was at the bonaface mazda dealership looking at a newer used mazda when we were ushered into the office. we constantly asked for the price of the used mazda after telling our salesperson that the most we could afford would be around $500 per month all of a sudden the manager shows up telling us that we could get a new mazda for the same price, tried to tell him that we could not find out the asking price which he ignored

only bringing up the new one all of a sudden a new mazda pulls up outside and we were invited to go look at it which we did, asked to see a white one which did come. then we were inside planning on getting a test drive which my husband did, i was not asked to drive it.

all of a sudden we were given the keys to the 2019 mazda cx5 and told to drive it home, only being told that our car was worth $3,000 plus the payoff. we tried to tell the salesman and mgr. that we were given no inf. price wise on the vehicle but no one listened. so off we drove without any paperwork or knowledge of the price, monthly payments==nothing. called the next day to speak to the manager but were told that he was not available so sent 4 four comment sheets to the two people involved in our situation, read that i would hear from someone soon==NEVER DID, so then my husband called our salesman yesterday again asking the cost of the vehicle and he tried to explain to us that he did not know and the manager was out for the day and that we would call us the next day==well, it is now nearly 3:30 p.m. and still waiting.

would like answers to our very simple questions and the other questions that i addressed in one of the comments that i sent you.

what is the problem with you guys, why weren't we allowed to see the price quote and monthly pymts amt??

i want all of my suggestions and questions answered NOW!!.

you advertise about your after care well i can tell you now that we cannot believe you, seems like we can't even get a decent

appt. when thinking of making a purchase, very let down, feel like we were pushed into this vehicle without knowing anything!!, and i do mean NOTHING.

please let me hear from the mgr. now, as we are very upset because we have been so ignored and that includes every e-mail that we sent you through your comments section. this is number 5, thats right 5 times we have tried to contact you to ask for simple inf. what are you trying to hide? why are you so

tight lipped as to simple questions that we ought to have been given at the time we drove off, don't believe that this is our car

as we got it by your ignoring our questions, TOTALLY ANGRY AND CONFUSED. thanks for nothing, gail & mike ***

certainly hope that he will address this review, and feel it is our duty to complain and to tell others and maybe get legal advice

depending upon when we finally hear from the mgr.

Lack of knowledge by salesperson and the mger.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

saw a used car that we were interested in so went into the office with our totally new salesperson, we asked the price of the used car and it was never revealed, the general mgr. showed up telling us we could get a new 2019 for the same price, tried to tell him we could not find out the price, anyway all of a sudden there was a hard push towards the new car.

AND we asked the price but it was a question that was deflected so many times, then we found ourselves leaving the mazda dealership in a new 2019 car, with no paperwork, no inf. about the car and we knew nothing about what our monthly cost might be, those questions were totally ignored, have tried contacting the dealership 5 different times 4 by e-mail and once by calling the salesperson, and he told us that he could not help us, but the general mgr. would be in tomorrow which is now today and the time is 4:45 and no call from him.

we are totally frustated by this situation. SO for these reasons we do not recommend even going to this dealership, bonaface heir.

DO NOT GO THERE!!

Premiere Extended Warranty from Boniface Hiers Worthless

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was told by two Boniface Hiers salesmen that their "Premiere Extended Warranty" covered everything on the car, it was "bumper to bumper coverage". The warranty cost 2300.00 and is good for 5 yrs.

and 50,000 miles. However, when the door handle on our car broke off in my wife's hand, it turns out it isn't covered and is going to cost us 445.00 to replace. I should have read the fine print, my bad. But they should not have misled me either.

Anyway, just want to warn others to steer clear of the "Premiere Extended Warranty" it is useless. And stay away from Boniface Hiers too, their salesmen can't be trusted.

we agree unfortunately we had a new salesperson who didn't know much not even the cost of the car, and we asked repeadily during the whole meeting but was always deflected, here it is 5 days later when we left the dealership with no paperwork and no answers to our questions. have sent them 4 comment pages of our questions, totally expecting answers but still none and we are in our 5th day of questions and no answers but we have a car we know nothing about.

would never rec. this dealership, don't be stupid like us leaving the dealership with a car we know nothing about and have contacted the dealership 5 diff. times always asking the same questions, how much is the ask on this vehicle and the aoorox. monthly payments.

BUT NO ANSWERS, never no matter how i try and get in touch with them. thank AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAZDA DEALERSHIP.

DON'T BUY!!from BONIFISE-HEIRS

Made several trips to this dealer looking for a new Soul and Optima over the course of 2 months. When a soul came in of the color we wanted we went in to buy. Well first of all the car had more options then we wanted and we got the first of many "Better get it when you can they are hot!" Then after spending 2 1/2 hours with the "General Manager" and listening to many more "It's hot" excuses why he could not come ONE PENNY off their inflated sticker price ($3,000 over MSRP). Guess what happened. During a break in conversation another salesman came over and picked up the keys to the car we were looking at and said "You buying this car?", I said we are talking about the price. He left with the keys. About 20 minutes later he came up behind me and said to the GM, "The car is sold". GM said to me "see, I told you".He then proceeded to tell us a story of when they had the same thing happen to an older women not long ago,In fact they did it to her 3!! times. He also had the nerve to tell us she sent him a thank you card. AMAZING.

After this 2 1/2 hours we got up and left! What would you do?

I feel like sending him a "Thank You" card for doing this to us! It's been a week now, have received 2 calls from them offering sticker plus $2,000 and low offer on our trade.

We traveler 2 hours away and now own 2 cars! The Soul wasover $1,000 less then their "Special one time offer to us"with a fair price for our one trade.

The lease on the Optima was $35.00 a month less.

WHO DID WE BUY FROM. LOKEY IN CLEARWATER.

TAKE YOUR CHANCES.

I'm not wasting 2 1/2 hours at any dealer. If I can't cut a deal in an hour I am wasting my time and that is to valuable.

Give them your price and if they do not like it WALK. There are lots of cars and lots of dealers out there.

Buyer:

You could have sat down with the Dealer and have them order a vehicles that match your expectations in terms of the options you wanted. Dealers can order vehicles specific to your desires.

The catch is that its takes about 90 to120 days for the vehicle to be delivered to the dealer. At the time of order is also an opporunity to negotiate a price inadvance of delivery.
