The worst service

customer service or never answer the phone, and they are VERY ANNOYING poviding non-sence messages from the inept mechanics.

The mechanics are mocking, they lack respect for customers, and they don't know what they are doing.

The vehicle has had to be taken in on more than 4 occasions, and it doesn't last more than a week when it's fixed and it runs off, this last time it only lasted a couple of hours.

Around $8,000 has been invested in it and they still haven't fixed it, I have already had to change the new battery twice.

And finally, the General Manager has a long way to go to have this title. He does not identify with clients' situations and without a doubt the risk and safety of clients is what matters least to him.

What he offered was to sell me a new car... who wants to buy a car from this irresponsible company, and by the way my car only has two payments left to pay it off.

Didn't Honor Agreed Upon Price

Unfortunately I cannot give Boniface a positive review for one reason, $899.00 added to the price during the finance process. The price agreed on was the price plus TTT (taxes, title and tags).

After signing the paper (without paying attention) I get home to find a dealer prep charge of $899 was added to the vehicle price. I called immediately and was told the $899.00 would not be removed. Do NOT rely on what you're told and what is written on anything other than the actual purchase and finance agreements. This issue soured what could have been a good experience.

You need to understand that to Boniface Hiers price plus TTT doesn't mean what it means everywhere else. My bad for not paying more attention.

I congratulate you if you didn't buy the unit from them... they are dishonest in that and in everything... at least you didn't have to live the nightmare with customer service and their mechanics who don't know anything

Poor Customer Service

Stopped in Friday for a price on a new car and although they were nice to my face it all changed once I left. They were suppose to call me over the weekend and nope didn’t call nor did they return my call. Called for a supervisor who was to call me back and guess what nope they didn’t either. I can only say your ads are a waste of money with a staff like this I’ll drive further to look at cars. BTW you lost another sale my friend was going to look at a Chevy and has decided against it since your customer service is poor. I will say that your service department has always been great to bad the other half of your company doesn’t follow suit.
