Disappointed in quality

- - Dissatisfied with the quality of Bongo boots.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of the boots I have from Bongo. One time!!!
one time,I wore my boots for about 2-3 hours, and the leather is peeling all over especially in the front of the boots. It wasnt in-climate weather(rain, snow, etc), it was a little cold but that should not affect a pair of boots in this way, or to this extreme.
I have taken pictures of the boots after I wore them, including the sole of the boot, so you can see that I didnt wear them for long. Not sure where I can send the pictures as there isnt an option to do so in this message.
Preferred solution: Another pair of better quality shoes

Bathing suit came unhooked on a beach at a lake, very embaressing....will not buy a bongo bathing suit again especially one with hooks
Had bought a 2 piece orange polka dot bikini, the top had a hook on it, wore a few times but always made me wary because had constantly check back hook of top part, sure enough went to lake with my husband and the hook came undone? So i gave everyone a show and had to run and buy a tshirt so didn't happen again, highly disappointed because i buy a lot of bongo products so i am very disappointed Thank you, sure i wont hear nothing back from bongo but had put out there Jodi cleary
