Poor customer service
- - Salad unavailable; it was stated would take a minute due to pizza prep.
- - Morning shift handles salads; none were available and no offer to make one.
I asked the female worker if I could oorder a salad and she stated sternly its gonna be a MINUTE .The reason was because she was currently making a pizza. Last I checked a pizza cooks and a salad does not.
The male co-worker explained to me that the morning shift is supposed to make the salads.and that's why there wasn't any, instead of offering to make the salad himself.
Loss for the company all the way around from revenue to reputation. 0 out of 10 from me
Preferred solution: Improvement, customer service training and customer dissatisfaction avoidance
