Can’t place my order

I have tried for several weeks to place my order. When I get to the payment screen it says the credit card payments are not available. I want to pay with my credit card. Why is this option not available to the customers?

Lack of response/order not fulfilled

I placed an order on 12/3. It's now 12/13 and the website shows that my order has not been fulfilled. I've emailed the support inbox twice now with no response. There's not a phone number to call. The online chat is useless. Who can assist????

User's recommendation: Use another company with reliable customer service and a phone number!

Change size before shipping out

I placed an order this morning, 11/29 and ordered the wrong size.I ordered the Eggnog L/S,and I need the SMALL,...I am 5'0,125lbs female :).It isn't too late to change the size, is it? Please let me know. Karen Brandon (kabrandon@***.com). Thank you

I ordered pods/k-cups & got bags of coffee. I only make 1 cup at a time. So I only have a k-cup coffee maker. No info on how to return? DO NOT HIDE FROM MISTAKES! Bones should have a customer service email & phone number on all reciepts.

Wrong item sent

My receipt even says 12 pods. I got bags not pods of S'morey Time. I make 1 cup at a time not a pot. Thats all I have is a pod maker. I need to return the wrong packed box. Zero info to contact Bones for returns!!! DinoM55@***.com
