Failure to Deliver - Customer Service
First time buyer of Bones, long time subscriber of other coffee subscriptions and Ive never been so disappointed in the customer service and lack of attention to detail. My order of coffee was shipped to the wrong address even though it clearly states my correct address in the site. The company wont do anything to help rectify this. They sent me a copy and pasted FAQ that insinuated the customer is at fault. It was very insulting. Ill never recommend this company based on their awful customer service and their awful handling of this situation. Just refund me or send me another bag. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the USPS. Hoping this gets resolved. But I am now out $20, and without product. I recommend you purchase or subscribe to someone else.
