Lousy customer service

Im trying to change my email address to use on this site. Ive chatted and contacted them several times and the only offer I received was how to change my password. Ive had my email hacked so I need assistance quickly. Having no phone number is inconvenient and a little duplicitous. I love there coffee though.

Can’t place my order

I have tried for several weeks to place my order. When I get to the payment screen it says the credit card payments are not available. I want to pay with my credit card. Why is this option not available to the customers?

I placed an order on 12/3. It's now 12/13 and the website shows that my order has not been fulfilled. I've emailed the support inbox twice now with no response. There's not a phone number to call. The online chat is useless. Who can assist????

I ordered pods/k-cups & got bags of coffee. I only make 1 cup at a time. So I only have a k-cup coffee maker. No info on how to return? DO NOT HIDE FROM MISTAKES! Bones should have a customer service email & phone number on all reciepts.

My receipt even says 12 pods. I got bags not pods of S'morey Time. I make 1 cup at a time not a pot. Thats all I have is a pod maker. I need to return the wrong packed box. Zero info to contact Bones for returns!!! DinoM55@***.com

Change size before shipping out

First time buyer of Bones, long time subscriber of other coffee subscriptions and Ive never been so disappointed in the customer service and lack of attention to detail. My order of coffee was shipped to the wrong address even though it clearly states my correct address in the site. The company wont do anything to help rectify this. They sent me a copy and pasted FAQ that insinuated the customer is at fault. It was very insulting. Ill never recommend this company based on their awful customer service and their awful handling of this situation. Just refund me or send me another bag. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the USPS. Hoping this gets resolved. But I am now out $20, and without product. I recommend you purchase or subscribe to someone else.
