Company has left USA and abandoned their customers
I purchased a Boneco humidifier in January 2024. Recently, I learned that they have closed their US operations and are only operating in Europe.
Accordingly, I cannot buy products such as filters or cleaning crystals necessary to keep the humidifier operational. Thus, I now have a non-operational humidifier for which the company accepts no responsibility. I have tried emailing the company, but have not even received the courtesy of a reply.
I have contacted one of their primary selling agents, and they said they were sorry but they could not help me. They are still offering the parts I need in Europe, but won't ship to the United States.
User's recommendation: Stay away from this company at all costs.
