The item I purchased came (finally) and was better then advertised. The packaging was as discreet as advertised and packaged with special care.
I havent put it to use yet but when I do Ill leave the review for the experience as well. The only thing that could have went more smoothly was the shipping time and definitely the communication from customer service.

These scamming *** dont even have a option for cancelling a order and getting a refund. I found the exact same item for half of what these scammers charged me, yet they make it impossible to get your money back and cancel the order. Once they have their dirty little *** hands on your money, forget about it!

Order made, credit card charged, no merchandise
Placed an order on August 1, 2017 and it's been in pending status for a week. My charge card was charged that evening, billing customers they have down pat, but there is no update or status change on the website.
I emailed through their customer service, 3 times, and called their direct phone number all with with no response. My intention was to cancel the order, since it hasn't shipped yet and certainly won't get to us in time, should be no problem, right? We needed the merchandise for an event that is next week. And if the product was in stock, we should have had plenty of time to get it.
I don't know if the product is on back order, or if they are just lame, but either way I'm getting zero response to my inquiries, ZERO. No need to put up with this sort of thing, not in this day and age. I will complain to my credit card company next and ask for the transaction to be reversed. SCAM
This company has a scammy business model. I placed an order.
The order status didn't change for about a week. They didn't respond to email or pick up the phone, nor return phone calls. Most of the order ($600) was back ordered. Their on website message service is a black hole that you'll never get a response from.
Only after disputing charges with credit card company did they respond. Refused to cancel or refund the order. Charged $80 to return a pair of $200 boots that didn't fit. Still order is not complete and I haven't been issued a credit for the remaining $120 in about 6 weeks.
In correspondence they called me a liar and accused me of fraud.
Don't buy here.
Defective and Dangerous Zeus Bullet
You are a bunch of lying sack of ***. You did receive the medical billing and I called the supplier Merritt at M. Consulting as well as you Bondage Fetish Store less than 30 minutes after the product was received. That piece of *** corroded inside me! You *** ****! You advertised a stainless steel product on the website next to the product description yet fail to deliver…you *** c***!
Yes, if you are gonna state that they are not refundable, then you should check with your legal department whether or not you should lie about where it was made and what it is made of….it clearly said on that *** website when I ordered, stainless steel otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered knowing that I have issues with nickel. Refund or not has absolutely nothing to do with your liability for bodily injury.
Who gives a *** what your legal department received or didn’t? You received it, whether you forwarded the documents to them or not is not my problem.
Last two emails received from you states: “Thank you for your prompt reply. This information has been sent to our accounting department and they will be cutting a check for the product cost to be sent out within the next business day or two. Once I have more information available, I will contact you.”
“We apologize for any suffering you’ve experienced and it is in our best interest to make right this situation and to satisfy all parties. Due to the complications and sensitivity of this issue, we are asking for your brief patience in the matter while we gather additional information.
For your dissatisfaction in our product, we will gladly issue to you a refund for the total product cost. We would just need for you to provide your personal billing information, including full name and billing address. We will contact you within twenty-four hours with a fair and justified resolve.” So what happened after this? Oh yes, you ignored me and hoped I will just go away! Not gonna happen. This was after I sent you my medical bills which I am sitting here staring at it via email I sent to you, scanned copies as well as hard copies. Last thing was the check for your defective product and then nothing… that’s when I was told that marina shute no longer worked there and that beth brown will be getting back to me… after numerous calls to your company and getting yelled and cursed at NONE of you *** f***ers had the decency or courtesy to get back to me. Prove to me the last time you emailed me or called after the last email dated Monday August 15, 2011 3:04pm beth brown? Show me!!! Obviously this issue is still funny to you and your company. It is almost two years since the incident and you are still carrying out your freaking fake investigation. What freaking investigating, i called your company to followup in 2011 with no answer...only to be hung up on or told that that person no longer worked here or nothing else is showing in the system regarding this issue and was blatantly cursed at. I did the followup after your *** email asking me to be patience because this case is sentsitive and you needed time to gather additional info... So I decided to be adventurous and try something different and I ordered a toy from www.BondageFetishStore.com...it took a while but it finally arrived.
So I used the toy once and it literally corroded inside me giving me a severe case of metal poisoning which I ended up spending two days at the hospital...swollen body head to toe...swollen as in my face was four times its normal size and obviously I couldn't open my eyes...my paws were bigger than that of a full grown bear and I couldn't feel them, I had severe rash from head to toes that itches like F$$$K...the only way I could keep from scratching my skin off was to apply calamine lotion every 10 minutes (not exaggerating...couldn't do anything for almost three weeks because if I sweat or my skin rubbed together a certain way, the rash came back worse than it was before... the worst part was trying to fall asleep and staying asleep…one night I got up in the middle of the night and thought I actually went senile and was about to ran out of the house…not a pretty experience. Needless to say, this was the worst experience of any kind I've ever had.
So, I contacted Merritt Moraski, M Consultiing http://www.BondageFetishStore.com (this is where I ordered the product from) right after using the product and told him what happened and obviously he didn't know what to do or say, than telling me that he needs to contact the distributor and get back to me. I also asked what material this product is made up of...because according to their website, this was supposed to be a stainless steel product.
Then came Marina Shute, Wholesale Representative, www.SexToyDistributing.com, Office: (714) 907-**** Fax: (714) 464-****..she said "...the Zeus Electrosex bullet is made of ABS plastic and not nickel, also, this item was made in China...". This is a very bad nickel plating product...the worst in the market...I doubt if it is even 10-15 microns thickness of copper undercoat.

The next day, they determined that the only thing they could do for me is send me the full refund of the product only. I gave them a few day then followed up...only to be told that Marina was not in the office...same thing happened each time I tried to get a hold of Marina...as you could imagine, the place I ordered from did talk to me at first, and then he could not be heard from again.

And she said "It is noted in our system that the product cost has been refunded, that is all the information we have on record." This was in August 15th 2011. As I write, I still have their check for the product refund, un-cashed and no one from this company has called or emailed to see if I am dead or alive let alone compensate me for my trouble directly caused by their product and manufacturing standard's neglect.
All I can say is avoid all of their products like the plague. They advertised their products as being made in America but when since they refuse to write it on the box, when you actually ask them, they say, it is made in china! I know we all have to do what we gotta do for fun BUT PLEASE, do you research before buying any sexual toy! I hope this helps someone out there avoid what I went through. Goodluck!

Some orders have been received in a couple days, the most took 2 weeks.
Contacted them on an occasion to find where the order was and was told it can take 14 business days to receive an order. A pleasant woman Victoria told me where to find that.

Nowhere does it state what it is made of or where it is made. Most products we sell do not state the country of origin.
After the initial contact, we quickly forwarded your information to the manufacturer which is Zues.
They are the ones that sent you the letter, Not M Consulting or Bondage Fetish Store. We had also contacted Zues about the status of your complaint and they told us you were uncooperative and refused to send the item to them to have it analyzed for workman ship and to verify it was actually their product. You are correct, we have never had anything like this ever happen to a product we sold before and after this episode. We cannot answer for Zues but they still sell this product.
You only sent us a couple pictures of the device. Please not in your complaint you say Beth Brown and Marina Shute work for the Bondage Fetish Store. They have never been associated with the store. Get your facts straight when you make a complaint.
You are confusing 3 different companies. No one at this company cursed at you. We cannot speak for the other companies you dealt with. The manufacturer was conducting the investigation, not us.
Please fix the complaint to make it accurate and please do not slander us any more. We did sell you a Zues electro bullet. We put you in contact with the manufacturer, immediately.
Since that time you dealt with the manufacturer. We do not own Zues or have any affiliation with them except to resell their products to consumers.

***, it doesn’t matter if you are the manufacturer or reseller, you are clearly responsible for what you sold and write on your website in terms of the description….calling a nickel infested *** defective toy stainless steel is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. This post seems to have been updated since we wrote our first response. We do not claim our products are made in America.
We now have over 10,000 items and not all products are made in America. Certain Products where the manufacturer claims the product was made in America, it may say in the description.
In this particular case. The manufacturer dealt with the customer directly and the customer would not provide any evidence that the product was defective or any medical reports.
She only provided a doctors bill and demanded payment. The manufacturer had tired to get in touch with her several times for addition information before they closed the case.
This just goes to show you why you should not now or ever give this company your business. Both My medical report and bill was given to them. Initially when this happened years ago, I authorized them to contact the er doctor who was more than willing to discuss this with them. Pictures of the corroded product after one use showing loss of plating and green corrosion were sent to them...in fact, I still have the product as a reminder never to buy anything they carry. This cheap product says it is stainless steel and made in America...neither of which are true.
As of the first time I posted this review, no one from this lousy company has made any attempt what so ever to contact me or returned my phone calls or emails. Bunch of lying sack of S. There's nothing closed or settled about this case!!!! I have not forgotten nor will I ever forget how this company treats their "valued" customers!

This customer who filed this report was very un-cooperative in our investigation. She sent us a picture of an egg that looked like it was dipped in acid and demanded us to pay some outrageous hospital bills. She insisted that the egg was used just once. We tried to explain to her that it was a nanufacturer issue and had the manufacturer contact her. Beth Brown contacted her but the customer would not give any proof that she was injured besides the pictures of the egg. As far as we know, there were no medical reports . We offered to refund the purchase price of the item but without evidence neither the bondage fetish store or the manufacturer would do more. The last time we contacted the manufacture on this issue, they were waiting for medical reports This was a couple months after the original after the incident was first reported.
The Bondage Fetish Store does not accept returns on sex toys or anything that can come in contact with bodily fluids. As a costumer, would you want to purchase something from a company that takes returns on sex toys?
The Bondage Fetish Store currently stocks over 3000 different items (We do not stock clothing and some of the larger items) We also drop ship many items. We only stock limit quantities and sometimes we run out and it can take about 5 to 7 business day to restock.

We check with our legal department and the Bondage Fetish Store never received any medical bills.
We did receive some pictures of an item that looked like it was dipped in acid or some other corrosive liquid.
We tried to recreate the problem. And could not. We found it difficult to believe that the picture was after one use.
We took the customers complaint seriously though and contacted the manufacturer because this was a manufacturing problem.
And the customer was refunded her money for the item.

Also, If we did not return emails or phone calls, how did the customer get in contact with the manufacturer? The customer also was reimbursed for the item purchased.
I will not shop at bondagefetish.com ever again. Nice enough people I suppose however their policies are so strict that you can't return much of anything and anything you do return is for store credit only.
Read the FAQs thoroughly before purchasing. They stock little to nothing on hand and go get the product from who knows where after you order as evidenced by an immediate charge to your CC and then waiting 2+ weeks to receive ordered product.
I would not recommend them to anyone for the reasons stated above.
If you don't mind a very strict return policy, store credit only and waiting weeks to receive your order then go for it, you've been warned. :upset
