Horrible experience selling on Bonanza. Scam artist customers and no seller support at all. In fact I havent been able to get ahold of anyone. I removed all items from my store as of yesterday. As a result of the scam artist customers, we lost 4 high priced items, average selling price of $100, in 2 months of selling. No thank you, it's not worth my companies time.

Sellers and Buyers will be driven away from this site by the reviews listing bad experiences. If I were an investor in this company I would be trying to pull my money out NOW.

Whoever set up this company allowed a wide berth for internet scammers on the selling side of the business model. This site should be shut down immediately.

Bonanza in Scottsdale, Arizona - Wheres my tracking info

I placed an order on 4/1/15 and was told Id get an email with tracking info however I still have yet to get it and the sellers profile is no longer active- I have tried to send an email where the site has to contact seller and of course nothing! I need to speak to someone asap about this..they say bcz I have my purchaser thru paypal I am protected so I will get refunded but how can I start that process when there is not any contact numbers to contact..and contacting the paypal people is a joke, you cant understand what they are saying thru their accent and when you ask for them to repeat what they said they get nasty- HELP
