Purchased two Dustbusters from Rstore. Never received items nor a refund and they would not respond to my emails! Filed a refund through PayPal...still waiting on them to investigate. I will NEVER order from Bonanza again!!! Scam!!!

Actually the so-called scam that you are referring to is from the seller not Bonanza. Similar to other sites Bonanza ONLY provides the selling platform.

Your complaint is with the seller and PayPal.

Just because you feel that Bonanza "scammed" you is not the fact nor case in this matter of fact.

This is a criminal enterprise that these people are running. They offer a months free service after which they bill you on a monthly basis. After several weeks i was unhappy with the site and sent demands to discontinue my contract but they tried to bill me anyway. This company hides behind a web address and it is virtually impossible to get a live person on the line. SCAM ALERT.

Same thing happened to me..."fraudulent or fake items" was listed as the reason. Found at least 12 other booths selling same exact items as I was...HORRIBLE!

I had over 100 transactions without one complaint! Now I have outstanding orders and can't even get into my account to ship them!

This is WORSE THAN EBAY!!!!!!! I am so done with these websites, they are all the same!!!

Paid thousands of dollars in commisions and see ya in a second. I have contacted them and they sent they're little heehaw email, I contacted my attorney forunfair business practices, all the other booths must shut down too!

Details
Never resolved. Kept getting canned emails from their "happiness person" , seriously that was her title. It was always the same email generated by a computer. I had to go out and buy a new season 5. The person or company who sold it to me through Bonanza never even responded even though I notified them also. If you watch everything is computer generated with Bonanza. Even their reply to negative reviewsis only a computer which posts "we are 100% rated by BBB" which is not true if you look. There are too many good places to buy to use Bonanza. I will never buy again from them!
