Bonair Depot Inc---Liars
Ordered split air conditioner in April 08. Delivery promised may 08. It's almost July and all I get is "next week" . Don not trust--give negative reviews on ebay if possible. Contact attorny general of Flordia and shut down dishonest sham business. "Rolland" seems to be calling the shots at this den of liars. We can stick together and make sure that others are not shammed by these dishonest shisters.

Bonair Depot - charges despite cancelled order
This company charged my credit card despite cancelling the order. When called, they play dumb that it ever happened. I placed an order on April 4 and cancelled it later that same day. But on April 8, 2008, I see they submitted charges to my credit card. I called and inquired but the sales guy claims someone took it off his desk and made the charges, yea right. The sales guy then proceeds to hang up on me becasue he did not like my tone of voice. I am pissed at this business practice. Did they think I would not notice a charge of $1698 on my statement?

I purchased a unit from these people and the service is a scam. When I tried to contact them the website and phone number were disconnected. Beware if you buy from these people they will not give you support!javascript:ac_smilie(':cry')
