MICHELE THE MATCHMAKER IS WELL DESERVED OF THE BEST IN DENVER
Micheles reputation as, The Matchmaker in Denver is well deserved! I joined Bon Jour and have only very positive things to say about my experience.
I had my first introduction in 2 weeks and my experience with Michele has exceeded my expectations. Bon Jour focuses on having clients meet quality people. All of the profiles Michele reviewed with me were very attractive and successful women. Her in person interview included reviewing photos and detailed profile descriptions of other women together.
Micheles matchmaking service is much different than other matchmaking companies in Denver, which pay very little attention to their clients requests. I used to be a member of a Denver based match making service and all of my matches for 1 year were completely off base, especially from a physical standpoint. Most importantly, Michele takes the guess work out of dating. Shes in constant communication with you and guides you in the right direction when you meet someone.
This includes coaching and giving advice when its needed. Thats invaluable in my opinion! Lets face itdating can be exhausting and frustrating. But its wonderful to know that Michele is honest and sincerely cares about her clients.

RESPONSE TO JULIE B. WHO KEEPS POSTING NEGATIVE REVIEWS
WOW, this is that woman Julie B. Don't know what she's talking about but as you can see what I said is true about her wanting me to lie on her profile about her moving back to California.
She moved back like a year ago but wanted me to lie about it. Trust me, nobody has contacted her or had the same experience. I know this because she is the ONLY PERSON who has ever asked me to lie on her profile, which I will not do. I'm not going to stoop to her level but figure it out for yourself.
In January I will have been in business for 28 yrs. with over 300 marriages to Bon Jour's credit!
This woman is stalking me
I turned in a review that covered her service experience on yelp and I have had have had five of her clients contact me complaining about the same issues.
She is not a professional and I feel is not a stable person base on the setting of her home environment. And that she is still replying to my yelp review a year later that is two pages long>
I met with this woman one time and she charged me $2,000. And refunded me back 1,200.
I wish I had her job of scamming people.
IT WORKED FOR US
I am recently divorced and was very reluctant to try a matchmaker when I first started talking to Michele. But, I was pleasantly surprised with the results in the end.
Michele was able to connect me with a wonderful woman with whom I immediately fell for the first time I saw her.
We have already been talking about what a long term relationship would look like after just a few months. Michele took the time to zero in on exactly what both of us were looking for and hit the jackpot with the first one she showed me. So I didn’t have to look at too many. It just takes one!
The thing I loved about Bon Jour is it takes a lot of the first date work out of the equation.
The first time you meet, you already know a tremendous amount about the other person.
It’s almost as if you have already been through the first date hassle and hit the ground running.
Michele also, keeps in contact with both of you during the first few dates letting you know exactly how things are going and what the other is thinking. I believe this actually, opens both individuals up more and initiates more talking and better communication than if you just date on your own.
We wholeheartedly recommend that you check out Bon Jour Matchmaking Service. 27 years in business and over 300 marriages spells success. It worked for us.
My other half and I had the patience to support and trust Michele's process which is so personal and hands-on that she hit our match on the first set-up. Speaking for myself I couldn't be luckier that I found Bon Jour Matchmaking as it has changed my life.
In addition the fee was much more reasonable than any other services we researched.
As Michele says, it isn't brain surgery but it may change your life. Thanks Michele Fields.
Denver's Bon Jour Matchmaking
I suspect your service might be good. However, I did a bit of research and you are not registered with the Better Business Bureau; this is simply a registration that your company must do.
Therefore, the A+ rating is indeed deceiving; however, I've not located terrible things, to date about your service. By the way, Bon Jour is actually one word in French (bonjour) meaning HELLO! Further, I cannot tell if Bon Jour means that it is for only Denver- area ladies and gentlemen? If not, I would be interested in hearing from you for a one-hour call interview/conservation...
And finally, I prefer this web site be renamed from P.....Consumer to: PeevedConsumer.com!!! Why does it have to be a crass word?

Bon Jour Matchmaking Clients Can Count On Michele
My clientele depends on me to be discerning when accepting new clients for them to meet. The FREE phone consultation, which is what I had with Kirsten, is when we both evaluate whether this is the right service structure for you.
After the hour call I had evaluated that both Kirsten was not right for Bon Jour and Bon Jour was not right for her. Not everyone is a good fit and if not I don't accept money from you. I suggest other local services. Rather than appreciating my honesty and NOT taking her money, Kirsten copied her rant onto every review site on the Internet.
That was based on ONE phone call. I don't know what's happening to people when rather than thanking you for not taking their money they berate you... Take advantage of this FREE phone consultation from Bon Jour Matchmaking Service. You will learn a lot both about yourself and what you need as well as various Denver matchmaking services.
It should be a win/win whether you become a client or not if you look at it in the right spirit! After 26 years I'm very good at evaluating someone through that phone consultation.
A Real Denver Matchmaker at Bon Jour Matchmaking Service
I've tried a few different avenues to meet quality women that have never paid off. Finally someone pointed me in the right direction. So I did my due diligence reading the website, asking around, comparing local Denver matchmakers and Denver dating services and selected Bon Jour Matchmaking Service.
My definition of a matchmaker is someone who gets to know you, stays in touch, follows your criteria and preferences, introduces you to quality people with the same goals and background and coaches you if needed. Bon Jour is it. The other services claimed to be matchmakers but they just threw me together with whatever number of "dates" I paid for. I have found Bon Jour to be selective and specific matchmaking.
I think it's brilliant that Michele Fields structured that both clients who are set up invest a minimal fee which makes them stop and think, is this really a good match with potential, before jumping in and wasting time. Both sides invest in this match which keeps you both on equal ground unlike some of the services I saw only charge one side (usually the men). I've been in Bon Jour for two months and so far so good. I would definitely recommend this service for single people living in Denver who genuinely want a long term relationship or marriage. Also, Michele respond rapidly to calls and emails unlike the other services I used.

Verified ReviewerAN HONEST MATCHMAKER AT BON JOUR MATCHMAKING SERVICE
What Julie B. neglects to mention is that she signed TWO contracts stating NO REFUND OF FEES.
Especially in a situation where the client expects me to lie for them. Regardless I refunded half of her fee. Even though I had shared private profiles with her and spent 2.5 hours interviewing her. No other service in Denver refunds anything...no good deed goes unpunished.
Also, even though before she was even a client I tried to match her with a new client I thought would be a good match.
Really, she's complaining about this...NO OTHER SERVICES IN TOWN REFUND. Read their reviews...
After spending an hour trying to explain how matchmaking services work as well as the difference with Bon Jour Kirsten S. asked questions clearly showing that she had no understanding of what a real matchmaker does.
Apparently she is so entrenched in computer dating and impersonal structures that she could not grasp what I was telling her. After I honestly told her that Bon Jour Matchmaking was really not for her and that she should consider other services, in short order she called back to apologize or something to try to get me to reconsider.
It was so obvious that she would not fit with my clientele and that she didn't "get it" that I did not reconsider. Apparently Kirsten has issues with rejection as from this ONE phone call she has written rants all over the Internet.
I definitely made the right decision not accepting her as a client and protecting my clientele from someone with issues such as these.
My clientele counts on me to be discerning when receiving calls from potential clients and greatly appreciates not being exposed to unstable individuals which appears that is the situation with Kirsten. She has never been a client, we had ONE phone call, this is not a pay per date service (see she still doesn't get it) so take her rant with a grain of salt...
Happy with Michele and Bon Jour MS
Michele had a page on her matchmaking service site about another service and 'how people like this other woman' reduce the credibility of legitimate matchmakers! Well I happened to have used this other woman that Michele was talking about .
I sent Michele a brief email and she called me right away to discuss my options and I learned from my mistake. I found Michele very honest and upfront.
Michele was also so sweet and spent so much time with me speaking about my situation with the other matchmaker . I wish I would have used her service from the get-go!
She's unsympathetic those of us new to this pay-for-dates world
SO glad I didn’t give this woman money! I’d called and explained I’d never tried any kind of dating service, matchmaking, online anything, etc.
but was interested in exploring options. I know what I’m looking for, I’ve never had trouble on my own, but I’m busy. We were having a nice conversation until I made the mistake of asking a clarifying question. In my feeble mind (granted, I’m a healthcare professional working on my Ph.D., but whatever…) I was doing the math, realizing that what she was telling me was for the $1000 fee, I would get one (yes, count ‘em, ONE) chance to view people I may be interested in—for the LIFE of the ‘open contract’—from then on “they pick you!”, she says.
So as I was processing this, I asked (using what little I know of dating services, etc.) if there was a database or any other way that we are able to see new client profiles, and she got incensed that I would DARE reduce her clientele to database—“this is old fashioned matchmaking”, well, sorry Michelle—maybe I’m not as ‘seasoned’ at the pay-for-dates world as your clientele; and frankly, I’m glad about that. I'm new to all of this and I think it's nice that she doesn't use databases--but I think she must be used to working with people who know all the language, etc. I was just trying to ask a question and use language I thought was common in the 'field'--I don't know ANY of this stuff. She said she'd been sick, maybe this was just a bad day for her.
I've never been treated that way. This was a horrible experience.
Can’t imagine what kind of missteps one could make in an ‘open contract’--once you’ve paid, she’s got your money.
Seems she could easily blacklist with one false question or comment. Yikes!
Preferred solution: I just want her to know that I had no intention of offending and I left a phone message to that effect--I was just trying to speak the 'language' I thought was part of this field. I've never been treated this way and I didn't deserve it
Response to Michelle
This was the EXACT PROBLEM Michelle! I've NEVER done computer dating, or ANYTHING ELSE! Apparently you weren't even LISTENING. I have ZERO experience with any of it. What you were saying was you were used to people crash landing on your doorstep after years of computer dating, etc. I'm not that person--I was completely new to all this and you were awful to me. I simply didn't know the language, was trying to understand how things work--you were horrible to me. As discussed, I'd contacted one other agency to find out how it all works and I shared with you that I didn't like their tactics--seemed like they were trying to 'hard sell' me and I don't respond well to that.
You were my second call--and you were just flat-out mean. Sounds like you cater more to people who know the dating business, lingo, etc. You should be more understanding of people who just simply don't know the business.
(And are you're really putting in writing that it's NOT pay-per-date? Folks, take her to the bank on that one! She told me each person pays each time they meet, so 'both sides have skin in the game'--frankly, I don't think it's a game.)
NO COMPLAINTS HERE
FYI my brother is the one who is using this service but he didn't want to use his name. He dictated the following review to me to type for him. Pamela
I recently joined a personal matchmaking service in Denver, CO. I have no complaints here.
There were very high quality, attractive women to select from and I've already met the first one I selected. Lots of info and pics to assist in making my choices. A dedicated and honest owner/matchmaker Michele Fields who hand held me through the process and nailed the exact type of woman I am seeking. It's all good.
I would recommend Bon Jour Matchmaking Service in Denver, CO absolutely. http://bonjourms.wordpress.com
OK, I have to write 100 words...I'm glad I joined this matchmaking co.

What a liar. Her ex boyfriend contacted me from LA to tell me to beware of this woman as she's crazy and dangerous.
None of my clients contacted her as my clients don't know each other unless I matched them.
She was never contacted because she wanted me to lie on her profile. He's right, she' crazy & dangerous.
