I bought 2 blue light blocker glasses and have been trying to return 1 pair for 10 days. Have emailed them 7 times with ZERO response.

Messaged through a link in their website instead and they finally responded and claimed never to have received my emails to the exact email address listed as their contact. They still never responded to my issue and just sent a link for a return. I dont need the return link! I want a guarantee of a refund and their return link only gives gift cards for future use.

Even though they claim they will give a full refund back to original payment.

I am still trying to get a response and at this point am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Awful customer service and NO phone number to handle this in 1 attempt rather than wasting so much damn time emailing for nothing.

Horrible Customer Service

Bon Charge had a sale on their website of a free sauna insert with the purchase of a sauna blanket. The sale didn't work at check out, so I contact customer service to have it adjusted.

They came back saying the sale had actually ended two days prior and they "couldn't" adjust the price. BUT their website still had it posted! The website just said for a limited time, no end date. It's absurd that a company wouldn't honor what their website said.

I have asked for a return which they are being difficult on as well.

The whole situation has been ridiculous and it would have been a really easy fix. I will never purchase from this company again.

Faulty Red Mask - No Help with Returning it

Sent an email, including a short video to their support email. No reply since the video, no customer service # to call, and no address provided under the 'Returns' section of the website. I am a US customer trying to find a US address to return it to.

If I have to ship it back to Australia, paying my own shipping costs, that is unacceptable. Steve/Diary of a CEO, quit promoting this awful product.
